TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates are quoted in US$ per room per night based on two sharing, including breakfast, 10% service charge and government taxes.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, depending on your date of arrival.
Full payment is required eight weeks prior to arrival.
Rates and government tax are subject to change without prior notice.
Supplementary cost of transportation from Bandaranaike International Airport to Reef on request.
A minimum stay of two nights per stay is required between 18th December 2025 to 5th January 2026 and between 18th December 2025 to 5th January 2026 unless there is availability for lesser nights between existing bookings.
For your comfort and consideration, we operate a non-smoking policy in all bedrooms, buildings and public areas.
Should you wish to arrive early due to flight schedules, we do recommend that you reserve your suite for the night before.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are paid on receipt of written cancellation notice subject to the following:
An administration fee of US$30 will be applied to each cancellation

250 to 94 days 15% of cost
95 days – loss of 50% of cost
Within 28 days of arrival – loss of 100% of cost
17th December 2025 to 28th February 2026

1st March 2026 to 30th April 2026
250 to 88 days before arriva 15% of cost
89 days -29 days before arrival– loss of 50 % of cost
Within 28 days of arrival – loss of 100% of cost
1st May 2024 to 16th December 2024
250 to 94 days before arriva 15% of cost
95 days -29 days before arrival– loss of 50% of cost
Within 28 days of arrival – loss of 100% of cost
