TERMS AND CONDITIONS  
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation.
Full payment is required eight weeks prior to arrival.
Rates and government tax are subject to change without prior notice.
Supplementary cost of transportation from Bandaranaike International Airport to Reef: USD 165.00 per car per way.
Rates are quoted in USD per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis and include + 10% service charge, and + 12% VAT.
Unless there is availability for lesser nights between bookings
A minimum stay of four nights per stay is required between 22nd December 2011 and 5th January 2012.
For your comfort and consideration we operate a non smoking policy in all bedrooms and buildings.
Should you wish to arrive early due to flight schedules we do recommend that you reserve your suite for the night before.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer.
Alternatively, if payment is made by credit card a charge of 3.25% will be added to the cost.
 
   
RESERVATIONS POLICY  
Refunds are paid on receipt of written cancellation notice subject to the following.  
   
WRITTEN ADVICE OF CANCELLATION RECEIVED  
More than 57 days- loss of deposit
56 - 21 days- loss of 60% of cost
20 - 8 days- loss of 80% of cost
Within 7 days- loss of 100% of cost

In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

Over the festive period there is no check out or check in on the following dates, 24th 25th and 31st December and 1st January  
 
New Year's Eve Supplement USD450 per suite based on two persons sharing to include celebratory Dinner, fireworks, Kandyan dancing cocktails and canapés but excluding beverages
Xmas Day supplement USD 350 per suite based on two persons sharing to include Xmas Day Dinner, Kandyan dancing, cocktails and canapés but excluding beverages
