| JOGGING |

| Follow the jogging track (700m) around the extensive landscaped tropical gardens and lily ponds and crossing the stepping stones you will find that turtles, butterflies, dragonflies, kingfishers and other birds (and a few other weird friendly creatures) have made the garden their home. |

| WATER SPORTS |
|
Reef is ideally placed for water sports in Bentota, approximately 25mins away.
Watersports available include windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, deep sea fishing, fresh water fishing, canoeing/kayaking, snorkelling and scuba diving. The Season for diving in Bentota is mid November to the end of March with ideal conditions around the 20th of December until about the 15th of March.
CMAS and PADI instructors are available. The average water temperature is 30°C in all depths |

| Sri Lanka is ideally suited to cycle touring. Cycle inland through narrow lanes bordered only by luscious green paddy fields and swaying coconut trees. Cycle through rural villages. Cycle through marshlands teeming with water birds and other wildlife. Cycle and enjoy trails to suit your own fitness level; the options are endless. |
